Period: May 3, 2011 to October 31, 2012
Where: Paranaque COMELEC Office, 3rd Floor Sta. Lucia Bldg, Sta. Lucia St., San Antonio Valley 1, Paranaque City
What to bring (with address in Paranaque City):
1. Postal ID, SSS/GSIS ID, Senior Citizen's ID, Passport, Student ID or Library Card signed by school authority.
2. Employee's identification card signed by the employer and/or authorized representative.
3. Driver's license, NBI/PNP clearance.
4. Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID.
5. License issued by the Professional Regulatory Board and other government issued ID's.
Bring both the original and photocopy.
