Drive-Thru Vaccination and Booster in Paranaque

Our senior citizen Mom just had her booster shot today at the Nayong Pilipino Foundation drive-thru vaccination site. Registered on the website, https://vax.captivate.ph/, a few days ago and received the confirmation via email and SMS yesterday that we were scheduled for today. Before registering it's best to have on hand your ID and vaccination card (proof). You are also required to have a unique email address and mobile number.

As advised by others, it's best to arrive early for your appointment. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30am. We arrived at 7:45am and was immediately accommodated. There weren't that many cars lined up when we arrived. Be ready with your QR code, ID and the email/SMS confirmation. It's better if you download a copy (or print) the QR code and make sure that you have the email on hand in case they ask for the patient ID (it's in the email usually). No need to print the DOH form included in the email since they provide this when you present the requirements.

Since only Moderna was available, only my Mom was able to get her booster shot. I was required by my doctor to get Pfizer. The staff were so nice and caring, they even showed that the content of the injection was gone. We finished the whole process in 45 minutes (including the 15 minute rest time after the jab).

If you have senior citizens or persons with comorbidities in your household, it's best to get vaccinated and get your booster shot through the drive-thru vaccination site. All you need to do is register at https://vax.captivate.ph/.
